PILLAR 01

Connect

Everything that carries your data, from the street outside to the desk upstairs. We hold the carrier relationships, so a line fault is our call to make rather than your morning.

Connectivity

Business-grade internet and voice from South Africa's leading network operators, configured and managed by us.

A

Fibre and Fixed Broadband

FTTH and FTTB across Openserve, Evotel, Zoom Fibre and Telkom. We handle ISP onboarding, router configuration and failover planning, and we are the ones on hold with the call centre when something breaks.

B

Fixed Wireless and LTE

Where fibre has not arrived, or where a second path is needed. MikroTik, Ubiquiti and Cambium hardware with proper antenna placement and traffic shaping, not a plug-and-play router that folds at four in the afternoon.

C

Business VoIP and Cloud PBX

SIP trunks, Grandstream handsets, IVR menus, call queues, voicemail to email and recording. Ageing on-premises PABX replaced with something that costs less to run and scales the week your team does.

D

Load Balancing and Failover

Dual WAN on MikroTik RouterOS or dedicated balancers, with VoIP and business traffic prioritised. Failover switches in seconds rather than waiting for somebody to notice the outage.

E

SD-WAN and Multi-Site

Branch networks centralised, with one security policy across every site instead of a web of hand-built VPNs and a different router in each office.

F

Managed Internet

Monitored uptime, ISP coordination on your behalf, failover switching and firmware kept current. You should not need to know your ISP's support number.

01.2

Network Infrastructure

Built to be inherited. Labelled, tested and drawn, so the next engineer can read it.

A

Structured Cabling

Certified copper and fibre runs, tested, labelled and recorded on a port schedule that still matches the building in five years.

B

Switching and Routing

Cisco, MikroTik and HPE Aruba, configured against a documented address plan rather than whatever the last contractor left behind.

C

Wireless Deployment

Surveyed coverage on Ubiquiti or Cambium, with access points placed where the signal is needed rather than where the cable happened to end.

D

Smart Office and Building Automation

AV, displays, HVAC controls and building management on the same designed network, with VLAN isolation keeping smart devices well away from business data.

E

Documentation

Topology, IP schedule and rack elevation issued at handover and kept current for as long as we hold the account.

Two paths

Every site we hand over has a second way out.

VoIP and business traffic first. Switchover in seconds.
A single fibre line is one contractor with a spade away from closing your business for the day. The second path is not an upsell. It is the design.

What you receive at handover

01

A drawing set

Topology, port schedule, rack elevation and IP plan, in a form your next engineer can act on.

02

One point of contact

Carrier faults, hardware failures and moves all go to the same number, answered by people who know your site.

03

Monitoring and reporting

Uptime, latency and utilisation watched continuously and reported monthly, whether or not anything went wrong.

The other three pillars are specified the same way.

02

Protect

Physical Security and Cybersecurity, held to one standard from the gate to the inbox.

03

Operate

Managed IT, Cloud and Software, and AI and Automation, run quietly on one monthly account.

04
